Retail operations, reimagined for the floor

Run your entire store floor from the phone in your pocket.

AisleOptix gives store teams one mobile app for tasks, order fulfillment, inventory, cycle counts, receiving and price audits — and gives head office one dashboard to run it all. No scanners to buy. It plugs into the systems you already run — starting with Shopify — and keeps everything in sync, both ways.

Built for the floor

Offline-first, multi-store and learnable in minutes, so staff are productive on day one.

Flagship connector · Shopify

Shopify runs your store. AisleOptix runs your floor.

Shopify is our flagship connector — and the blueprint for how AisleOptix plugs into any commerce platform. It installs on your Shopify store and becomes your in-store operations layer: mobile picking and packing, guided cycle counts, PO receiving and shelf-price audits, all while Shopify stays the single source of truth. Orders, products and inventory sync continuously in both directions, so what happens on the floor and what happens online never drift apart.

Connect your Shopify store

1 Two-way sync, in real time

New Shopify orders instantly become pick tasks. As staff work, progress writes straight back to Shopify — the in-progress badge, ready-to-ship status, tracking and the final fulfillment. Cycle counts and receiving push on-hand quantities back with a drift guard so counts never silently diverge.

2 Split & multi-location orders, handled

Orders split across a store and a warehouse or 3PL become separate, independently trackable tasks — and fulfill independently. Nothing gets silently dropped.

3 An operations view inside Shopify Admin

An embedded app surfaces fulfillment, inventory, cycle-count, price-validation and task KPIs — plus connection health and an audit log — right where your team already works.

4 Secure by design

OAuth managed install, encrypted access tokens, HMAC-verified webhooks and automatic reconciliation that self-heals anything missed. Your Shopify data stays the source of truth.

One platform, any system

We don't just support Shopify — we support your entire stack.

AisleOptix isn't locked to one commerce platform. Under the hood, every connector maps into a single canonical model — so the floor apps and the dashboard work exactly the same no matter what's running behind them. Shopify is live now, and we're extending the same engine across the systems retailers actually run.

A connector for every platform

One canonical model, many connectors. Shopify is live today, with connectors for more major eCommerce, POS and ERP systems on the roadmap — add a platform without changing how your teams work.

Enterprise integrations, built with you

Running a larger, more complex estate? We build integrations directly into your existing ERP, POS and eCommerce systems and map them to the canonical model — so AisleOptix fits your stack instead of forcing you to replace it.

Everything the floor needs

One app for every job in the store.

Each module replaces a clipboard, a spreadsheet or a piece of expensive kit — and every one of them keeps your commerce system in sync automatically.

Signature feature

Task & Communications Hub

One system for every kind of store work: manual to-dos, recurring template checklists, and tasks generated automatically. Configurable checklists, photo, video and signature evidence, SLAs and escalation, approval gates, and claimable task pools. The communications side broadcasts rich, multi-language announcements to the right roles and stores, with read, acknowledge and quiz receipts.

Why it matters

Stop running the floor on sticky notes, group chats and memory. Every opening checklist, planogram reset, safety check and price change becomes a trackable task with proof it was done, and you can finally confirm head-office announcements were actually read, not just sent.

Signature feature

Order Fulfillment

Shopify orders become claimable, scan-driven picking tasks to eliminate any risks of picking the wrong item. Associates scan items to pick, pack, and mark ready-to-ship and every step syncs with Shopify automatically, including tracking and the final fulfillment. Split orders across store, warehouse or 3PL are tracked and fulfilled independently.

Why it matters

Turn any store into a fast, accurate fulfillment point without a warehouse system. Scan-to-pick means fewer wrong items shipped, split orders stop falling through the cracks, and customers get accurate status because Shopify is updated the moment work happens.

Signature feature

AI Staff Assistant

An in-app AI assistant that answers staff questions instantly — how-tos, policies and procedures — grounded in your own SOPs and store documentation, in English, French and Spanish. Managers get daily, weekly and monthly digests of what staff are asking, plus a view of where your documentation has gaps.

Why it matters

New and seasonal staff get unstuck in seconds instead of hunting down a manager mid-shift. And every question becomes insight: you see exactly which procedures confuse your teams and which SOPs need writing — before mistakes hit the floor.

Assisted Selling & Endless Aisle

Associates build a basket with a customer right on the floor — scan or search any product, even sizes and colours not in this store. Then hand off checkout however the customer prefers: send it to their Shopify cart to complete online, or push it to the POS as a suspended transaction, ready to ring up at the counter.

Why it matters

Never lose a sale to an empty shelf. Your associates can sell the entire catalog from the aisle, and the handoff to online checkout or the register takes seconds — no retyping, no lost baskets, no walkouts.

Inventory Management

Move stock between bins and locations, look up exactly where any SKU lives, and correct on-hand quantities with manager approval. Approved changes write back to Shopify with a drift guard that rejects stale updates instead of guessing.

Why it matters

Know what you have and where it is — so staff stop hunting for stock and customers stop being told 'it's out back' when it isn't. Approval gates and the drift guard mean corrections are controlled, not chaos.

Cycle Counting

Launch counts per store, seeded from your catalog with category , location and brand filters or as free-form area counts. Associates scan to count; approved results write back to Shopify. Blind mode hides expected quantities from the counter, and counts can recur on a daily, weekly or monthly schedule with a count calendar.

Why it matters

Keep inventory accurate all year instead of dreading one painful annual count. Blind counts give you honest numbers, recurring schedules make accuracy a habit, and every approved count keeps Shopify in step with the shelf.

Purchase-Order Receiving

Import purchase orders from your ERP or by CSV, then receive against them on mobile: scan to find the PO, receive line-by-line, capture a required packing-slip photo, and log variance reasons. On submit, stock updates Shopify. A printable variance report shows ordered vs received vs damaged, with photo evidence.

Why it matters

Catch short shipments and damage at the door, not at month-end. Photo evidence and variance reasons give you leverage with suppliers, and stock is sellable the moment it's received because Shopify updates automatically.

AI Price & Shelf-Label Audit

Point the phone camera at a shelf tag and on-device computer vision reads the printed price and compares it to your catalog. It understands cluttered real-world tags — multi-buy, promo and 'save' layouts — and ignores unit prices, barcodes, loyalty points and dates. It reports the price exactly as read and never snaps to the expected value, so real mispricing surfaces.

Why it matters

Wrong shelf prices cost you margin and trust — and trigger price-accuracy complaints. Turn a routine aisle walk into a fast, reliable audit that catches mismatches before your customers (or a regulator) do.

Price-Tag & Label Printing

Design label templates visually on the dashboard, millimeter-precise layouts with name, price, SKU, real scannable barcodes, shapes and images, then print from the mobile app to networked printers over the store LAN. Printer settings are configured per store.

Why it matters

Produce clean, consistent, correct shelf tags on demand — right after a price change or a receiving run — without a separate labeling system or a call to head office.

Product Catalog

A synced, searchable view of your Shopify catalog available online and offline: Images, descriptions, SKUs, UPCs, images and inventory, on both dashboard and mobile, with support for multiple barcodes mapped to a single SKU.

Why it matters

Give every associate an instant, reliable product lookup in their hand. No more guessing at prices or specs on the floor, and no mismatch between what's scanned and what's in Shopify.

Mobile-first, by design

The store floor doesn't sit at a desk. Neither does AisleOptix.

Every workflow is built for a phone in a busy aisle first, and a dashboard second. Associates scan, pick, count, receive and audit prices on the device already in their hand so there's nothing to buy, and almost nothing to train. The solution also works offline if your wifi coverage is spotty.

Any smartphone becomes a scanner

Barcode scanning and price-tag reading run on the standard phone camera with on-device vision — no barcode guns, no proprietary handhelds, no capital expense.

Works even when the Wi-Fi doesn't

Offline-first: staff keep working through dead zones. Actions queue on the device and sync automatically — safely, with no double-counting — the moment signal returns.

iOS and Android, in three languages

A single native app for associates on both platforms, available in English, French and Spanish so every team member works in their own language.

Learnable in minutes

Clear, guided flows mean new and seasonal staff are productive on day one instead of week three.

Ready for how you actually operate

One account. Every store. Every role.

AisleOptix is built for retailers running more than one location and more than one kind of user. Head office gets control and visibility; each store gets exactly what it needs and nothing it shouldn't see.

01

Multi-store from day one

Run all your locations under one account. Staff can be assigned to several stores and pick their active store at login; every manager view and permission is scoped to the right store.

02

Fine-grained permissions

Control who can view, edit or approve — per feature, per role, per user — with store-scoping and safeguards that prevent accidental lockouts or over-reach.

03

Enterprise sign-in

Password with two-factor, or single sign-on through Google and Microsoft. Store associates enroll a device with a simple company code, then sign in with an ID or email.

04

Auditable and accountable

Evidence-gated task completion, approval gates on inventory changes, and immutable audit logs mean you can always answer what happened, who did it and when.

Enterprise

A version of AisleOptix built around your operation

Large retailers rarely fit an off-the-shelf app. For enterprise rollouts we build a tailored version of AisleOptix — custom workflows, your integrations, your branding — on the same proven, connector-based platform. You get software shaped to your processes without starting from a blank page.

🧩

Custom workflows & modules

Tasks, receiving, counting and fulfillment flows shaped to how your teams actually work — bespoke steps, evidence rules and approval gates, not a fixed template.

🔌

Enterprise integrations

A connector-based, platform-agnostic core maps to your ERP, POS and systems of record — so AisleOptix fits your stack instead of forcing a rip-and-replace.

🎨

White-label & branding

Your name, your colours, your icon set. The associate app can ship under your brand so it feels like an in-house tool from the first launch.

🔐

Security & access control

Fine-grained role-based permissions, SSO-ready identity, multi-tenant isolation and per-store scoping — governance that stands up to enterprise review.
